One of the most accomplished athletes of all time, Natalie Coughlin is an American sports icon. With a competitive swimming career that first began over 25 years ago, Natalie is the most decorated female swimmer in World Championship history.
While Natalie has become a household name due to her exceptional performance in the pool, she also champions the importance of living an active lifestyle. Natalie works with and has been on the board of organizations like Right to Play, Edible Schoolyard, MOVE, and Women’s Sports Foundation. She is a passionate home cook, vintner, urban farmer, and debut cookbook author. Natalie competed on the Food Network’s Chopped, prepared some of her favorite recipes on the Today Show and Rachel Ray, and served as a guest judge on Super Chef Battle: An Iron Chef America Event.
