Artful Desperado’s Back to School Smoothie
- 1 Serving
1 fresh young coconut with water
1 passion fruit pod, scoop out contents and save some for topping
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp ground turmeric
¼ cup frozen mango chunks
1 lemon, juiced
A few ice cubes
- Crack open the young coconut, drain the water (save it) then crack it fully open and scoop out the meat.
- Place all ingredients in the blender including coconut water and coconut meat, blend on high speed until smooth.
- Top with a bit of extra fresh passion fruit and a sprinkle of turmeric for extra zing.
- Enjoy and conquer the day!
