  • 1 Luvo Great Karma Coconut Curry frozen meal

  • 1 small bunch rapini

  • 1 small bunch cilantro

  • 1 small bunch parsley

  • 1 jalapeno

  • ¼ cup shelled frozen edamame beans

  • Sprouted flour tortillas or naan

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to season


  1. Place the rapini, cilantro, parsley, jalapeno, and edamame beans in a food processor or blender and pulse or blend until slightly chunky. Add a generous drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper, pulse again a few times and set aside.
  2. Heat up the Luvo meal and warm up your naan or tortillas
  3. Spread a thick layer of the blended veggies and herbs on the warm tortilla or naan, add luvo entree on top, season with additional salt and pepper (you can sneak in there a few extra veggies if you want). Wrap and you’re good to go!
