Where can I purchase your products?

Purchase online or find your nearest grocer here. We are currently available in stores across the US and Canada.

How do I cook your meals?

All our meals are ready to heat and eat in minutes, but cooking times vary by product. Please refer to the package instructions.

Can I recycle the package?

Good question.

Boxes: Yes. Individual meal boxes (made from 100% recycled paperboard and 75% post-consumer waste) can be recycled.

Plastic: Yes. The BPA-free film covering your meal can be recycled at select retail stores, municipal recycling centers, and private recyclers in the US and Canada.

Bowls: No. The bowl is not recyclable or compostable at this time. We are currently working toward a sustainable solution and testing biodegradable options. Stay tuned!

I loved your food on my Delta flight. Where can I find it?

Glad to hear you enjoyed your food! Currently, these products are available exclusively on select Delta flights. Learn more about our partnership here.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We currently ship to every state in the US except for Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. Our order minimum is eight items. Select any combination of products or choose a pre-set bundle.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping to the continental US is $9.99.

How do you ship your meals?

We ship our products in an insulated box packed with dry ice to keep your order frozen until it arrives at your door. Once your order has shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number sent to your inbox. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail if you don’t see your confirmation email shortly after ordering.

Can I split-ship or ship to two different locations?

Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Does sales tax apply to my order?

Sales tax varies by state and will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

How do I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will also include a tracking number so you will know when to expect your meals.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes. If you want to modify or cancel an order, please contact us in the first 12 hours after it is first placed, Monday-Friday between 9am–5pm PST by emailing orders@luvoinc.com.

Can I automatically re-order?

We are unable to offer automatic-ordering at this time. However, check-out will be quick and easy once you sign in to your account where all your shipping details are saved.

When can I expect my order?

Orders ship between Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday will arrive the following week. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 days, depending on your location.

If you have a specific date you require this to be shipped by, please contact us at orders@luvoinc.com. We cannot guarantee specific date requests but will do our best to accommodate. Please note that carriers also cannot guarantee arrival dates. Once the order is placed, it will ship based on the default schedule.

Please note that delays may also occur due to inventory or weather. There may not be a weather problem at the destination but an area between ship out may be affected. Given that the meals are frozen and are at risk of thawing, we will ship on the days that are clear.

Why isn’t there dry ice in my shipping box?

Most of the dry ice will evaporate by the time your delivery arrives. It’s not uncommon for the dry ice bag to appear empty, but you can rest assured that it did its job during shipping.

How can I safely dispose of dry ice?

Dry ice must be handled carefully. Never pick up dry ice with bare hands. Dry ice is extremely cold and could cause severe frostbite. Always protect your hands with an oven mitt or heavy cloth towel. Once your hands are protected, place the wrapped dry ice on the lid of the polystyrene shipping container. Move the dry ice (still on the lid) to an open area, like a well-ventilated garage or outdoor patio. In 24 hours, the dry ice will convert to gas. Do not breathe the carbon dioxide gas deeply or for an extended period of time.

How do I dispose of my order packaging?

Step 1. Recycle the outer box.

Step 2. Separate the white plastic coating from the inner grey cotton insulation and recycle it; or, throw away the entire lining in the garbage. Both the white plastic coating and grey inner insulation (made from post-consumer cotton) will safely biodegrade within 18 months.

Are any of your products certified as nut-free?

No. We have products that do not contain nuts; however, they are not made in a certified nut-free facility and could contain trace allergens. Each product clearly lists any allergens.
