Full Servings of Vegetables

Our meals include a variety of vegetables from leafy greens to roots, all picked at peak ripeness, and flash-frozen to lock in micronutrients, flavor, and texture.

Cooked in Avocado Oil

We cook all our meals in avocado oil, a nutrient-dense oil with Omega-3 essential fatty acids and a high smoke point.

Good to Excellent Source of Protein, Whole Grains, and Fiber

Our products provide a good to excellent source of protein, whole grains, and fiber. The protein in each meal comes from either antibiotic-free meat, whole plant protein, or in some cases, both. All of our meals carry the Whole Grain Stamp, a certification created by The Whole Grains Council to help shoppers easily identify whole grain products. Our stamp guarantees you at least 8g of whole grain content per bowl. The fiber in our meals comes from assorted vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains.

Controlled Sodium and Sugar

We don’t rely on excessive sugar or salt to boost the flavor of our meals. We limit the amount of sodium and added sugar in our meals to less than 4g of added sugar, and under 500mg of sodium per meal. Our bold, bright flavors come to life with the help of herbs and spices.

No Artificial Colors, Flavors, or Sweeteners

We never put added artificial colors, flavors, or synthetic sweeteners in our food. Ever.
